Caution Money

Students in College accommodation are responsible for ensuring that they leave their bedrooms and communal areas in a clean and tidy state at the end of each licence period. All personal possessions (including bedding and items from the kitchen and bathrooms) should be removed. Anything you do not wish to take with you should either be donated to a Charity Shop or disposed of correctly.

Should items be left behind by a student, or the rooms left in a dirty state, the College reserves the right to levy a charge against the Caution Money paid by each student (£250 in 2022-23). A list of these charges is available.
