We are delighted to be welcoming back Martin Kemp’s Jazz Trio, ‘Organised Chaos’.
This versatile group of highly individual jazz players have been regular performers at the relaxed Sunday sessions at Hot Numbers (Gwydir Street) as well local jazz festivals.
The title should give you an idea of their broad and exciting repertoire which includes jazz standards such as those by Duke Ellington, Cole Porter and Jobim but takes in Argentinian Tangos by Astor Piazzolla, Gipsy Jazz, plus a few surprizes
The musicians are:
Martin Kemp – various clarinets and saxophones
Louis Thorne – guitar
Jeremy Khan – bass
Unfortunately, due to capacity restrictions, this event is currently only open to students. If restrictions relax, allowing for increased capacities, we will open it up to the wider college community.
