Access statement
- The main entrance to the venue is up three steps, with a handrail. There is an alternative step-free access (but not full wheelchair access) with a small lip, however, there are three steps in the middle of the corridor connecting these entrances. There is seating, a gender neutral toilet, and a designated quiet space. There will be snacks and drinks, including vegan and gluten-free options. There is general car parking near the venue. There can be a hearing loop and blue badge parking by request in advance. For any other accessibility information, please contact jef67@cam.ac.uk.
- Tickets prices include a non-refundable processing fee. This is listed on the ticket price on this website.
- Up to six tickets can be bought at a time.
- Bursary tickets are only available for Hughes Hall students receiving a university bursary. Verification will be carried out. Entry will be refused for non-verified holders.
- Tickets may not be resold for profit under any circumstances and we will cancel any ticket if we suspect it has been resold.
- Name changes are free until 18th April. There will be a £20.00 processing fee to change the name on a ticket after this point. The final deadline for name changes is 18th May 2022.
- You must either be able to prove that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or have evidence of a negative lateral flow less than 48 hours before the event.
