Hong Kong University Visiting Fellow

Professor of the School of Biological Sciences at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), in the Area of Ecology & Biodiversity, Professor Bonebrake runs the Global Change and Tropical Conservation lab where they are actively addressing research questions on tropical climate change impacts, global change, urban ecology, wildlife trade and endangered species management. The team studies the conservation and ecology of diverse species including butterflies, moths, snakes, turtles and pangolins. Recent research efforts have focused on relationships between One Health and tropical conservation.

Professor Bonebrake is also the Associate Dean (Teaching & Learning) of the Faculty of Science at HKU and leads the Faculty’s HKU-Cambridge Undergraduate Recruitment Scheme.
