Hughes Hall student and CUBC President Lance Tredell has been selected for the Great Britain Men’s eight squad for the first Rowing World Cup of the season in Belgrade. The 43-strong squad includes three Olympic champions, including Hughes alumnus Tom Ransley.
Lance commented: “I am very pleased to have been selected and look forward to racing this week. It is great to be selected alongside good friend and fellow Hughesian Tom Ransley. We last raced together at the 2013 World Rowing Cup in Sydney where we won gold, hopefully we can pick up where we left off.”
