Frank Lee obtained his LLB degree from LSE and also a LLM from Hughes Hall at Cambridge. He is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, England, Australia and Singapore. He is also a member of the British Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
Frank is now the Senior Partner of the Messrs. Vincent T. K. Cheung, Yap & Co., a leading local firm in Hong Kong and the Chief Representative for the firm’s Shanghai Office. He is in charge of Hong Kong and Shanghai legal matters and his practice areas include merger and acquisition, real estate development, commercial and PRC matters. He was appointed in 2000 by the Ministry of Justice of PRC as a China Appointed Attesting Officer.
