Quondam Fellow
David studied for an undergraduate degree in Natural Science at Cambridge in 2009. He went on to complete his PhD in the Device Materials Group entitled “Ionised Deposition for the Structural Control of Carbon Nickel Thin Films” in 2012.
Until 2016 David was a Post-Doc in the Materials Science Department, working on DC Magnetron Sputter Deposition, depositing materials for use in single photon detectors. David has since left the University to be a Senior Design Engineer at Cheyney Design and Development, manufacturing Xray inspection systems for a wide range of automatic inspection technologies.
