Fly half Fraser Gillies, centre Rory Triniman and prop Henry Somers have been announced in the light blues team set to take on Oxford next week at the Varsity Rugby Mens Match.
Hughes has always had a strong rugby tradition and boasts a large number of internationals among its alumni. It holds the record for the most College representatives in the Varsity Match at 9 when Dan Vickerman captained Cambridge to victory in the 2003 Varsity Match.
We look forward to watching both the Women’s and Men’s Matches and will be cheering on our Hughesians.
