These questions and more were covered at an amusing, informative and accessible fireside talk with Hughes Alumnus Neil Grossman (CASM, 1979) and his wife Mindy, with model and icon Twiggy and respected actor Leigh Lawson lending glamour to proceedings.
As well as discussing his alternative take on fiscal stimuli, Neil talked about his time at Hughes and its enormous impact on his life and career, which has taken in founding TKMG Capital management, managing the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund and being the first couple, with Mindy, to appear on Bloomberg TV together. Questions from the audience were lively and well informed, covering the emergence of China, the role of Entrepreneurs in stimulating the economy and the UK’s post EU Referendum prospects.
