Entrepreneur/intrapreneur – how to be both – 8th December

Marco Donzelli: Entrepreneur/intrapreneur – how to be both, Thursday 8th December, 6.30 – 8:30pm, Pfeiffer Room

Ever wondered what it would be like to start a company with your friends? Thinking about getting out of corporate life and following a more entrepreneurial path? Or searching for a way to be more entrepreneurial without leaving the shelter of a big organisation?

Marco Donzelli has done all of these things, and will be sharing his fascinating journey with us at our next fireside chat, on Thursday December 8th at 6.30pm at Hughes Hall.

There’s no doubt that the workplace is changing, rules are being thrown out, and the job for life is no longer the norm. Marco’s perspective on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship is firmly rooted in experience and provides some essential lessons to the aspiring entrepreneur.

Marco, a Hughes Hall alumnus, is currently COO of HLB International, a global network of accounting and advisory firms. Previously, he has set up companies, and worked – in both executive and non-executive roles – with start-ups, SMEs, and large multinationals across a range of business sectors and functions. He has done business in more than 40 countries, sometimes solving complex conflicts across multiple locations. Marco is also currently a member of the Governing Body at Milton Road Primary School in Cambridge, member of the Alumni Advisory Council of Cambridge Judge Business School, and Mentor at the 30% Club.

Come along on December 8th and be inspired!

Everyone is welcome, but this event is particularly aimed at those in Business. Please book via the Eventbrite page.
