Lorraine Warne, Founder & CEO of Cambridge Inner Game Leadership (Cambridge IGL) has returned to the College to provide specialised leadership training for 12 alumni.
The leadership learning experience, which runs over a three-month period, will begin to provide our alumni with the personal insight, skills and techniques, to manage teams and begin to ‘Think and Act Like a Leader’. Cambridge IGL has provided similar training to CEO’s, senior managers and directors of a number of companies in the Cambridge area, London and Internationally.
“Our aim is to enable all members who join Cambridge IGL to retain leadership knowledge, make mindful decisions and apply the leadership learning into a practical work context. To have the mindset of ‘thinking and acting like a leader’.” Lorraine commented.
