Singing Mindfully

Saturday 9 March, 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm, Pavilion Rm

This interactive workshop is for anyone who loves singing, whether for fun, or as a dedicated singer.
Join us for an interactive workshop led by experts in song and mindfulness. We include group work to build confidence, fun and freedom of expression. You also have the opportunity to work 1:1 with a top singing teacher on a chosen solo in the workshop.*
We also explore challenges, and help you to overcome blocks to joyful self-expression. At the end of the workshop, you are invited to join us for refreshments.

* For anyone wishing to sing a solo, please indicate this on the Eventbrite sign up. Singers of every level are welcome.

Benefits of the Workshop

  • Friendly, enjoyable atmosphere for all;
  • Tips and techniques to help you sing;
  • Loosening inhibitions and releasing vocal tension;
  • Mindful approaches to nerves and other challenges;
  • Exercises for grounded presence and authentic expression.
