Please note, while the College welcomes applicants in most subjects and degrees provided by the University of Cambridge, we are dedicated to the education of postgraduate and mature students, so while we accept graduates and affiliated students of any age, we only accept undergraduates studying for their first degree aged 21 and over.
The University will be holding its annual open days for prospective undergraduates on Thursday 6 July and Friday 7 July 2017. For more information please refer to the University’s prospectus.
Thursday 6 July 2017: Drop-in Day – No need to book, just drop-in between 9.30 am and 4.30pm to have a look at the College and chat to Admissions staff and current students. Meet the Admissions Tutor for Law, Social Sciences, and Sciences.
Friday 7 July 2017: Lunch and Tour (11.30am – 2pm) – Buffet lunch followed by a tour of the College with current students (booking required). Meet the Admissions Tutors for Arts, Humanities, and the Cambridge Graduate Course in Medicine.
Drop-in sessions will take place between 2pm and 4pm to meet with admissions staff and students.

Lucy Cavendish College is hosting an event in London on Saturday 23 September, to enable potential male and female applicants of age 21+ to consider Cambridge as a university option. You will have an opportunity to hear more about the entrance requirements and application process at Cambridge, and meet Admissions Tutors and students from the mature Colleges (age 21+), including Hughes Hall. For final year undergraduate students, graduates who are considering applying for entry in October 2019, and graduates starting their course in 2018. Participants will have access to information about how to apply, and meet current graduate students, and academic and Graduate Admissions Office staff to find out more about postgraduate study and student life at Cambridge. There will be an opportunity to attend course presentations, join a tour of facilities, departments and Colleges, talk to student services about funding, accommodation, disability resources and careers, and meet the University’s International Student Team.
