Morag graduated with a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Manchester, and an MLitt in Modern and Contemporary Art from the University of Glasgow.
Morag joined the National Gallery in January 2022 as Senior Development Manager, Principal Gifts. Previously Morag was at Kettle’s Yard, University of Cambridge, and worked on the successful reopening of the new galleries in 2018. Prior to this she worked in the major gifts team at Tate Gallery, at Christie’s in London and New York on post-war and contemporary art auctions and private sales, and in wealth management for an American investment bank, specialising in working with high-net worth international clients.
