The new Hughes Enterprise Society was launched on Thursday 13 November. The Society is a partnership between the Development Office, Hughes alumni, and current students. It has three core aims.
1. Running an entrepreneurs prize for Hughes students.
2. Creating a speaking programme on the theme of entrepreneurship.
3. Developing a Hughes entrepreneurs network for mentoring and support.
The Society will be chaired by Rupert Pearce Gould, Entrepreneur in Residence at the Judge (and new Senior Member at Hughes). The first President is Jonathan Loesing, President of the MCR. We are most grateful to Rupert and Life Fellow Nigel Brown OBE for their financial support for the Society and prize fund.
