Accommodation Update – 8 Sep 2017

We appreciate that many of you are very concerned about accommodation as you join us at Hughes Hall. We assure you that we are doing everything we can to respond to your concerns as quickly as possible. We have put additional staffing into the accommodation team to help speed up our response time. We are able to offer accommodation to applicants fully confirmed as students of the University and the College by 31 August and are in the process of emailing students with details of the accommodation that we are able to offer. The College has secured some additional blocks of accommodation and is now in the process of offering that accommodation to students confirmed from 1 September in the order in which the confirmation was received.

We do appreciate that this is a very stressful time and are doing everything that we can to help support you as you move to Cambridge. The volume of queries has meant that some responses are taking longer than we would have hoped.

Please note that all applicants fully confirmed as students of the University and the College in the first accommodation round will be offered some form of accommodation.

We have very limited accommodation for those applicants who were confirmed on or after 1 September because of the unprecedented volume of applications.
