Library catalogue induction: how to use iDiscover to find reading materials
These short sessions for Hughes Hall students are designed to show you how to make use of iDiscover, the library catalogue for Cambridge’s libraries.
- Basic search functionality
- Filtering and sorting results
- View your library account and renew your books
- Access e-resources
Library staff will demonstrate these and other tasks to help you feel more comfortable using iDiscover. There will be plenty of time for questions.
Aimed at Hughes Hall students of all levels. Feel free to bring your own device, or follow along on the screen.
