Compliance Administrator

Hughes Hall is looking to recruit an experienced administrator for the newly established role of Compliance Administrator. The role holder will act as Secretary to a number of College committees (Finance, Investments, Audit, Remuneration and Estates) and will implement and monitor systems to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures across the College’s operational and financial departments.  More information about the role can be found here.

Assistant Bursar

Hughes Hall is looking for an individual with highly developed financial analysis and problem-solving skills for this newly created role supporting the Bursar.  Reporting to the Bursar, the Assistant Bursar will provide extensive support within the Finance, HR and IT departments.  The successful candidate will have significant experience of project management, data analysis and financial planning within a complex organisational environment.

Development Officer (Alumni Relations & Events)

The role of the Development Officer (Alumni Relations and Events) is to enhance the College’s engagement with alumni and stewardship of donors through the design and delivery of a strategic events programme. Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a new member of staff to work alongside the catering team to assist with meeting the daily operational needs of the Department. The position is expected to focus on dish and pot washing in addition to general cleaning duties.
