The catering department is looking for an experienced Sous Chef who will be responsible for managing the kitchen team under the supervision of the Head Chef.  The role holder will be a supportive member of the team and assume responsibility for the kitchen function in the Head Chef’s absence.

The role is full time (37.5 hours per week including some evening and weekend work).
